First you must put the device into TFT bootloader mode.

Put the router into TFT bootloader mode:
  1. Use a decently sized pin to hold down the reset button until the lights begin to flash in a sequence.
Alternative way to put the router into TFT bootloader mode:
  1. Connect a cord to the remote reset dongle and hold down the button.
  2. Plug the ethernet cord into the router and watch the color patterns.
If you are not able to visibly see the router, you can run `ping 192.168.1.20` and wait for the response to know if the router is in bootloader mode.

TFTP instructions...

Plug POE cable into router.
Local: change to 192.168.1.1
ifconfig eth0 inet 192.168.1.10 netmask 255.255.255.0

Open 192.168.1.20 with web browser.
Login with user: ubnt password: ubnt(defalt), click login.
Click dismiss on default password prompt when you see it.
Cick SYSTEM tab and scroll to the bottom.
Click Browse button next to Upload Configuration.
find bblc0.cfg config file on your local computer, then click open. Click Upload button, click apply button (in blue box at top of page).

On your local computer, change the network settings to 10.3.254.1 netmask 255.255.0.0
( ifconfig eth0 inet 10.3.254.1 netmask 255.255.0.0 )

open browswer to 10.3.255.0
Click Network tab, change IP address to router number click change.
(10.3.255.? (where ? is the same as the router number))
Click SYSTEM tab
Change device name to reflect router number (bbcl?), Click Change

Click apply button (in blue box at top of page).

open browswer to 10.3.255.? (? router number)
Connection is untrusted message appears, click "I understand the risks"
Click Add Exception button, click confirm security exception.
Now login with root and roots password.
confirm ip address, in network tab, and device name in system tab
Label router on back with router name and number.
