Notes:

Jacks 1-6 on the patch panel are POTS lines. Phone 1-4 are repeated on jacks 1-3, and Phone 5-8 are repeated on jacks 4-6 (See HubRack). Eg. WIth a standard patch cable you can plug into Jacks 1 and 11 and bring 6933, and tb 52 to Charlie's desk. To switch lines 1 and 2, or use the 4th line you need custom patch cables. Though I think that the polarity is reversed from standard POTS lines so we should figure out where that happens and document the patch cables better to fix it.
