Notes relating to the WareBarn Project

Yah, the conversations around archaeology have been illuminating for folks. Part of the discussion is focused on the Black Oak Site, the boundaries of which encompass the Ware Barn. As it stands, your project might require consultation with the State. Rumor has it that the Fair is working on engaging an archaeological contractor to determine the boundaries of the Black Oak Site, you might be able to tag onto that project and get your project cleared. Probably have to esquire about it through Alexis and Kirsten You should have plan drawings and a description, so that the project can be evaluated by the archaeological contractors for its impact on the site.

Misc

• Send a FAQ packet out to booth reg or vendors early each year.
  • Decide when to choose and send out passwords
• Add cron job to bring down public network when gates open, and bring it back up after sweep is done.
• Make envelope with passwords for OCF management.
