Document Conventions

The requirements in this document are currently color-coded - just for now while are getting requirements coming in.

Black means the requirement is currently met by either the VSB , Security , or both platforms.

Green means the requirement is not currently met by either platform

Blue means the requirement is unique to the operational needs of Security Crews or Teen Crew.

Red means the text is comment or question about the requirement that needs further discussion to clarify.

If you wish to contribute to this document please observe the following protocols

• Only state what the application needs to do - not how it will do it or why. Keep it simple.
• Be concise and deliberate - do not include any verbose explanations or chatter - just the raw requirements. We will have plenty of time to discuss the requirements in person and in detail.
• Read the sections of the document that pertain to your work carefully before adding new requirements to make sure the same requirement is not represented more than once
• Follow the existing formatting conventions used in the document - use outlines and numbered lists
• If you want to ask a question or make a comment about a requirement preface your text text with your name or initials and make it italic and red.
