OCF Membership and Related Elections Processes

The system shall support management of data required to support OCF membership and Elections by a System Users with a Role of Membership Coordinator
  1. The system shall provide a user interface that allows modification of a Person record with OCF Membership data including
    1. Membership indicator
    2. Membership Date
    3. Ballot Type
    4. Regular
    5. Permanent Absentee
    6. 1 Year Absentee
  2. The system shall display a sortable list of all OCF Members with valid emails . A total count of members with emails will also be displayed.
  3. The system shall display an email form that allows the recipients to be selected from lists of OCF Members with valid emails and restricted by Ballot Type. The email form shall allow the user to specify the subject and body of the Email message.
  4. The system shall display a “Ballot List” of all OCF member names with their ballot number and ballot types. The list shall be alphabetized in ascending order by last name.
  5. The system shall display a sortable and exportable list of all OCF Members with Absentee Ballot. A total count of members with absentee ballots will also be displayed. The list also be filtered to show people whose absentee ballot status was set or modified after a specific date. The export format will support the bulk mail application used by the OCF Office.
  6. Membership coordinator shall have the ability to view a person's past fair affiliations
